Ask the Right Questions to Let Your Clients make Your Case
Toronto-based Kara Kuryllowicz, your B2B case study expert, has been writing B2B case studies and magazine articles for a wide variety of clients across a range of industries for more than 20 years.
Over the course of two decades as a business journalist and content creator, Kara has asked the questions that get to the heart of the problems and challenges that your products and services have solved for your customers. She’ll present your B2B case study in clear, concise language that communicates your story’s most compelling angles.
A graduate of Ryerson University’s journalism program, Kara has done thousands of interviews over the course of her career and learned which questions will uncover the information that matters most to your existing clients and prospective customers.
Kara has the skills, expertise and experience required to help your clients make your B2B case for you.
As your B2B case study expert, Kara will develop and create the B2B case studies that are:
Credible: A B2B case study is believable and relevant because it tells the true story of the challenges faced by real people at an existing business and the products/services used to address them.
Authoritative: A B2B case study communicates the facts from your client’s real-world perspective using a journalistic tone and style that are objective and therefore credible.
Relatable: A B2B case study talks about the challenges and pains faced by a client and shares the story of how your product and service provided a solution so that prospects will recognize the commonalities and relate to the resolution.
Valuable: A B2B case study adds value because it offers significant insights on how your products/services addressed, mitigated and/or eliminated a particular challenge or pain and presents relevant details and tangible, quantifiable facts/benefits.
Compelling: Every B2B case study tells a story about how real people at real companies faced and overcame specific problems and challenges with the help of your products and services – that’s a compelling narrative that your prospects will care about.
